Remember, the Development Control Plan is the last opportunity you will have to prevent the worst of the impacts that the West Byron mega suburb will inflict on Byron Bay.
There are many issues on this site that are not addressed in the DCP including, but not limited to, traffic management, koalas, acid sulfate soils, staging of the development, threatened species protection . These are things that must be sorted out BEFORE the DCP is adopted and it is too late.
We really need you to make a submission to the public exhibition of the West Byron Development Control Plan – this is the last opportunity for the community to have any input.Submissions close on 4 December!
