Another example of great community consultation – we were given 2 weeks to read the 340 pages of exhibition documents and make a submission on this very large development application for the corner of Ewingsdale Rd and McGettigans Lane. It is zoned large lot residential like the rest of Ewingsdale.
This proposal is for a Hospital, Tree Removal, Earthworks and Demolition including Medical Consulting Rooms, Day Theatre, Pharmacy, Specialist Consulting Rooms, Twelve (12) Overnight Stay Units, Cafe and Basement and Ground Level Parking.
A proposal of this size needs more that 14 days’ consideration!
Make a submission by this WEDNESDAY 27 JULY and/or COMPLAIN ABOUT THE LACK OF TIME GIVEN FOR COMMUNITY INPUT.
