BRG can’t get past Rupert’s paywall to show the full story – or at least the version as told by News Ltd papers – but here is the news: the Land and Environment court rejected the 3 Belongil landowners’ bid to build new rock walls in front of their properties. They had taken the issue to court after the Coastal Panel refused their Development Applications to build new walls but did not win the case.
