Council will accept submissions on both of the West Byron DAs until Easter
Now there is NO excuse. You have plenty of time — Good Friday is 30 March.
The 2 Development Applications for suburban subdivisions for the West Byron site are currently on exhibition on Byron Council’s website.

The submissions will be collected and collated by Council and given to the Joint Regional Planning Panel, which will decide on the DAs. Council makes a submission to the JRPP but is not the deciding party.
Again the state government has to decide what happens in Byron Shire. We have to tell them what is best for our home.
